Requirement
You send aircraft type, licence category, type ratings, authorisations, period, location and rate range.
Anonymised shortlist
Within 2 working days: verified engineers who confirmed their availability. Every requirement shown as met or missing – no ranking.
Both say yes
You mark the profiles you want to pursue. Each engineer receives an anonymised offer and answers yes or no.
Introduction
After a mutual yes and an identity check, names are disclosed and you receive the engineer's verification file.
Engagement
You hire directly, or SkyNet deploys the engineer to you under the Austrian staffing licence.

Verified engineers, without chasing paperwork

- Direct hire, or deployment via SkyNet for heavy checks, phase-ins and airworthiness reviews – with expiry dates checked during the deployment.
- Also FAA A&P and IA holders for N-registered aircraft – confirmed against the FAA's public airmen register.
- You assess and authorise the engineer under your own procedures. SkyNet delivers evidence, never the authorisation.

Deployment via SkyNet
Valid for the whole engagement
When SkyNet deploys an engineer, every licence, authorisation and training certificate is checked against the last day of the deployment – not just against today. During the deployment, SkyNet checks expiry dates weekly and tells you 30 days before anything expires.

Who checks my documents?
SkyNet's own verifiers with background in continuing airworthiness, maintenance quality or authority oversight. The AI prepares the case; a named person decides.
What happens to my documents?
You upload them through an encrypted link. The scans are deleted 30 days after the verification decision; SkyNet keeps the checklist result, the decision and a document fingerprint. Date of birth, address and nationality are not recorded.
Will my employer see that I am in the pool?
No. Organisations only see anonymised profiles, and you name the organisations that must never receive yours – your current employer by default.
How is my identity checked?
By comparing your name with a redacted copy of your ID document. Before any introduction, you complete a short online ID check – only with your explicit consent at that step.
Does the AI rank candidates?
No. Every requirement is shown as met or missing. There is no score and no automated ranking; a person prepares every shortlist.
Does a verification let me certify?
No. It confirms that evidence was checked. Certification privileges always come from the authorisation of the organisation you work for.
Which licences are covered?
EASA Part-66 licences from all member states, and FAA mechanic certificates with Inspection Authorization for N-registered aircraft – plus company authorisations, training certificates and NDT qualifications. Source confirmation depends on what each issuer can confirm; FAA certificates are confirmed against the FAA's public airmen register.
What does it cost?
Nothing for engineers. Organisations pay a placement fee when they hire directly, or a day rate when SkyNet deploys the engineer – only after an engagement is signed.
