2. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date and time, requested file, browser type) and records it in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website and to protect it against misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and are then deleted.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from third parties.

3. Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your role (professional or organisation), the country you enter, the time of your entry and the version of the consent you gave. We use this data only to inform you about the launch of SkyNet and to invite you to the pilot phase. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to info@skynet.aero. We then delete your entry.

We store the waitlist data until you withdraw your consent, and for no longer than 24 months from your entry.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Our email service is also provided by united-domains GmbH.

5. Processors and data location

united-domains GmbH (address see section 2) hosts the website, the waitlist and our email as a processor on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The data is stored on servers in the European Union. We do not transfer your data to third countries and do not sell or share it for advertising purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact info@skynet.aero.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
