Iberia will launch a new route from London to Managua via Madrid in October, with three return flights per week.

The new flight will be the sole direct link between Europe and Nicaragua, which is becoming a popular adventure and cultural tourist destination.

On the route, Iberia will use its newest aircraft, the Airbus A330-200 seating 19 people in Business and 269 in Economy.

This new Managua route completes Iberia’s coverage of major destinations in Central America, where it currently flies from Madrid to the Panama City, San Jose of Costa Rica, San Salvador, and Guatemala City, with a total of 38 weekly return flights.
